Required Immunizations

On time vaccination throughout childhood is essential because it helps provide immunity before children are exposed to potentially life-threatening diseases.Vaccines are tested to make sure they are safe and effective for children to receive at the recommended ages. 

In June 2019, Governor Andrew Cuomo signed legislation eliminating all non-medical exemptions for childhood vaccinations required for public, private, and parochial school attendance.
