Our staff handles all Business and Personnel related matters for the District. These include purchasing, payroll, accounts receivable, accounting, auditing, school budget, insurance, posting job openings, and maintaining personnel records.

In addition, we also act as the District’s Complaint/Grievance Office in matters related to Title IX, Student/Workplace Harassment, Civil Rights Act of 1964 (discrimination based on race, color, national origin, sexual orientation), Executive Law Section 291(1) ( discrimination regarding age and marital status), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (prohibits discrimination based on disability), Viet Nam Era Veteran’s Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974 ( discrimination in employment ).

Also, for purposes of requesting records under the Freedom of Information Law, our office serves as the District’s Records Management Office. Similarly, we serve as the District’s Records Management Office for matters related to the access, release and challenge of/to records under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974.
