    Life long fitness is very important to understand at a early age to gain the tools and skills for living a active and healthy lifestyle throughout ones life.

    In the primary school our goal is to have our students start to learn foundation of life long fitness. 

    This would include activities that promote body awareness, locomotor skills, Healthy eating habits, Gymnastics, parachute activities, rhythms and dance, sportsmanship and many more.
