    Life long fitness is very important to understand at a early age to gain the tools and skills for living a active and healhty lifestyle throughout ones life.

    In the primary school our goal is to have our students start to learn foundation of life long fitness. 

    This would include activites that promote body awareness, locomotor skills, Healthy eating habbits, Gymnastics, parachute activites, rhythms and dance, sportsmanship and many more.
